Cooking is much more than a daily routine that satisfies a biological need: it is a heritage in its own right and adapts to different social groups and eras. At once Provençal, Mediterranean and Alpine, the local cuisine reflects the region itself: rich in its roots, generous and vibrant.
As part of the Regional Food Project, the Alpes Provence Verdon Community of Communes has been meeting with local residents to gather testimonies, recipes, memories and knowledge about local traditions.
